Shipping Policy

Shipping destination
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders delivered within the United States. Any available upgraded shipping options and their charges will be shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery is generally 6–21 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by product availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking and multiple packages
Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact stopatakp@gmail.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package may be deducted from a refund or charged for reshipment where permitted.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, the package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the item arrives damaged, contact stopatakp@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and provide next steps.

Order changes and cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled only before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
